We do not manage tickets with discounts or special categories, such as groups, pensioners, young people, etc., we only sell normal adult tickets. For enquiries or to purchase special tickets, you must go to the physical ticket office of the bullring.

Ticket prices are fixed on the Website and vary, among others, according to the seat, the show, the date or the location of the seats. On top of this price, SERVITORO charges an additional fixed cost of TWELVE EUROS (12.-€) per ticket (V.A.T. included) for the search, booking and ticket purchase management services, which also includes shipping costs within Spain (mainland and islands) and Portugal.

Tickets may carry a surcharge applied by the promoter of the show of up to 10% of the ticket price, this amount is completely outside Servitoro’s control.

Ticket orders are firm, no changes or refunds will be accepted for any reason whatsoever.

In the event of changes occurring after the purchase of the tickets, such as (by way of example): change of date, time, line-up, substitutions, cancellations and/or any other event. The User expressly acknowledges that any claim must be lodged directly with the Organiser.

Any refund shall be subject to the conditions of the Organiser and to the provisions of the legislation in force, being in any case subject to having the official ticket, complete, intact and not manipulated or damaged.

Entries in Format Paper are to be submitted in printed format only. This format cannot be submitted on mobile devices.
The venue may refuse access to the venue if entries are not submitted in paper format.
